I learned the hard way that the secret to burning that belly fat is by focusing on losing as much body fat as possible, no matter where in your body it’s from. By learning and following specific rules of burning body fat, I’m now enjoying a totally flat stomach, finally able to wear anything I want and know that I look good. I no longer have to wear dark, baggy clothes in the summer to hide my tummy.
For the first time in my life I can look forward to going to the beech and taking off my top. Has this happened to you before? It’s a complete bummer, but such is the way of the world I’m afraid.
So hold on! Your stomach muscles are tiny compared to some other muscles such as those in your thighs, chest and back. If you exercise these larger muscles, you burn more calories. Since you can’t spot-reduce, doesn’t it make sense to focus on exercising those bigger muscles?
