New Delhi: Last week, India kicked off the world’s largest vaccination drive, from four main distribution points, and 37 state vaccine storage areas. The success of this huge immunization programme will need to be bolstered by a strong and sustainable cold chain. Within the next six to eight months, the government aims to administer close to 600 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to vulnerable populations all over the country.
