New Delhi: The Supreme Court has agreed to consider hearing on Wednesday, a PIL seeking SIT probe into the Hyderabad encounter case, in which all the four accused of the gangrape and murder case of a veterinarian, were shot dead by the police. A bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde said it will also examine what is being monitored by Telangana High Court. The petition filed by two lawyers on Saturday has sought registration of FIR against cops and an independent probe into the matter, where four accused, in the rape and murder of the Veterinarian doctor in Hyderabad, allegedly killed in an encounter. Petitioners G.S. Mani and Pradeep Kumar Yadav sought directions for the registration of an FIR and then an investigation by the CBI, the SIT, the CID or team of police officials from other state to conduct the probe into the encounter. A constable of the Chhattisgarh Armed Force (CAF) deployed on election duty in Jharkhand allegedly shot his company commander to death before committing suicide in Ranchi on Monday morning, officials said.Both of them died on the spot at Khelgaon area of the Jharkhand capital, according to the police. I have been claiming income tax exemption on the interest component of close to Rs 80,000 every year. Should I prepay my loan or continue?
