More Fast & Furious spin-offs are being planned
The Fast & Furious franchise is revving up a storm with more spin-offs being planned out. The 2001 franchise is an action-packed, car lover's dream starring Vin Diesel, the late Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. The first film saw the coming together of the core family (as Toretto would put it) whilst participating in illegal street racing and investigating crimes. The films that came after that involved a lot of barter trading for amnesty and expanding the team to include new faces - including that of Luke Hobbs who came to an agreement with Toretto to give the team pardon if they helped him capture Deckard Shaw. The introduction of Hobbs and Shaw into the franchise later birthed a spin-off movie titled Hobbs & Shaw with actors Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham returning back to their respective roles in a globetrotting adventure in the same world as the Fast & Furious movies. The film delivered wild car stunts and impressive action scenes before ... » Learn More about More Fast & Furious spin-offs are being planned

How Jackie Chan pulled off his astonishing stunts in the Police Story films
Police Story and its sequel are nostalgic watches today for most viewers. Back when the films were made, in 1985 and 1988, Jackie Chan was a much-loved local icon who represented the energetic, get-it-done values of Hongkongers. What’s more, the police are depicted as a non-politicised group of committed public servants who strictly adhere to police procedure – and are punished by their superiors if they deviate from the rules. How the Hong Kong public’s perceptions have changed. Capitalising on the success of Project A , which set the template for the mix of martial arts, stunts, and comedy that came to define Chan’s style, the Police Story movies saw him expand the dramatic qualities of his work. Part one still features cheesy slapstick comedy, but both instalments take a relatively serious approach to their characters, the story, and police work. Both films feature Chan as Chan Ka-kui, an honest, good-natured cop who is forced into situations where he has to go outside ... » Learn More about How Jackie Chan pulled off his astonishing stunts in the Police Story films
