NEW DELHI: India is increasing the area covered by its Indo-Pacific policy to include the western Indian ocean and Arabian Sea. This means that Asean is not only the heart of the Indo-Pacific, but includes the Gulf states and Africa. MUMBAI: A polio-afflicted woman commuter travelling on wheelchair was thrown off a moving Gujarat Express by a robber when she resisted his bid to rob and assault her in the compartment for the disabled on Friday afternoon. Nagma Ansari, a mother of two, had one of her legs amputated and suffered a fracture in the other. She underwent a marathon surgery at B Y L Nair Hospital on Saturday and is in a serious condition.
