A total of 51 children and three teachers were sent to the hospital Monday after a man splashed a corrosive chemical liquid in a kindergarten in Kaiyuan, a city in Southwest China's Yunnan province, according to a statement issued by local police on Tuesday. On Monday afternoon, after cutting a protective wire on an exterior wall, the suspect, a 23-year-old male surnamed Kong, climbed into the kindergarten and sprayed caustic soda on the people there, according to the local government. After comprehensive medical examinations in the local hospital, two people were found to be seriously injured, but none of the injuries were life threatening. Local police found the suspect about an hour after receiving a report on the incident. Mumbai: An acid attack victim is finding new hope in life and has regained her will to survive, thanks to Bollywood actors Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. Muskan, a 14-year-old student from Nepal was allegedly attacked by two boys of her own school and is now undergoing treatment at a hospital. The teenager had given up on her will to live after the incident and wanted to die. However, she feels much better now after interacting with Bollywood stars Kriti Sanon and Varun Dhawan. The tigress of Brahmapuri that was translocated to Melghat Tiger Reserve (MTR) on July 1 is set to be recaptured after it killed a man at Dadra village near Dharni on Friday night. E1, who was involved in at least one human death in Brahmapuri in Chandrapur district prior to her capture, was released in the core area of MTR in Amravati district. Within a week after her release, she attacked a girl at Kekdakheda village outside MTR. “On Friday night, around 10 pm, the tigress attacked one Shobharam Chavan, 45, on his farm. Another man, who is believed to have accompanied him to the farm, was also injured in the attack,” Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Wildlife) Nitin Kakodkar told The Indian Express. “I have issued orders to capture her. She would remain in confinement for the rest of her life now. We will place her at the Gorewada Rescue Centre at Nagpur,” he added.
