"Comforting for me emotionally dahil at least kahit malayo sila sa akin I am still providing them the best of me, my nutrients and antibodies in the milk," ayon kay Bartolome, na may 2-anyos at 6-buwang gulang na anak sa Pilipinas. That’s a description of a photo published in the Toronto Star last week showing the scene on June 12 at the intersection of Bloor and St. George Sts., where Dalia Chako, 58, a grandmother who loved cycling, was hit and killed in a collision with a flatbed truck. A disturbing image, to be sure, the publication of which was the subject of intense discussions among editors in the newsroom. The photography duel using Huawei's P20 Pro took place at the San Juan Surf Resort in La Union. With a beautiful beach and a multitude of tourists, the surf resort offers a lot of interesting subject for photos. They were challenged to 'See Beauty' and take portraits on the beach. Likewise, they were asked to 'See Color' and capture stunning colors. Despite taking on a pro, Manzano-Reyes felt no pressure as she said, "I got the pro tools so I feel like a pro already." With the help of the horizon indicator in AI mode, she was able to get that straight horizon in a landscape photo she took. She gushed over photos with blurry backgrounds, which she was able to take using the aperture mode. Manzano-Reyes also tried the front camera's beauty level feature. "It really made my face flawless." Meanwhile, … [Read more...] about News WATCH: Mom vlogger, street photographer compete for best photos in La Union
