Michelin is hiring an inspector for one of the greatest dining capitals in the world – New York City. Before you get too excited, the laundry list of job qualifications and requirements is long. For example, the average Michelin inspector spends three weeks a month on the road, travelling the equivalent of about 30,580km a year, and eating 250 restaurant meals.
