The Shiv Sena chief also replied to the opposition amid the demand for ouster of Maharashtra minister Sanjay Rathod over his name being linked to the death of a woman. Addressing a press conference, he said, "The agitations that you are leading against power bills, why not lead the same ones against petrol and diesel? The finance minister is sitting here... dada (Ajit Pawar), if I have said something wrong, please correct me." "The Centre has increased its cess on fuel, GST due to states is still not disbursed. Just because you scream and shout, doesn't make what you say the truth. There are Rs 29,000 crore plus due from the Centre through GST, so why aren't they shouting and protesting against that?" he added.
