Unnao: The Uttar Pradesh on Thursday registered a case of murder based on the complaint of family members of the two girls who were found dead in a field in Unnao on Wednesday evening. According to reports, the Unnao Police has registered the murder case against unidentified persons under sections 302, 201 of the IPC. The FIR has been registered at the Asoha Police Station on the basis of the complaint filed by the victims' family. Ramol police booked a youth on charges of fraud and forgery for allegedly making fake Aadhaar cards. A team of Ramol police patrolling the area on Friday night received information that an individual was issuing fake Aadhaar cards from a shop in Harishchandranagar society. The shop was raided and apprehended one Ravikant Sharma (29). Police found that the web page of ‘UIDAI’ ( Unique Identification Authority of India ) was open on his laptop, and there were several soft copies of Aadhaar cards on it. During interrogation, Sharma told the cops he makes fake cards for people who do not have documents needed for an original Aadhaar card. He had a cropped image of a seal of the Asarwa mamlatdar which he would affix on physical forms and upload the documents on the UIDAI page with forged signatures. Three persons were arrested on Saturday morning in connection with the alleged gang-rape of a 30-year-old woman after a brief encounter, police said.
