The US model has been badly exposed for its failure to protect lives of its citizens. As a result, even US corporates are feeling the heat of public anger with campaign on ‘health care for all’ likely to dominate the upcoming presidential elections. Incumbent President Donald Trump’s electoral prospects appear to have also been adversely affected by the pandemic.
