Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan was in the city to promote his upcoming Tamil film Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal, which will also hit screens in Telugu as Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante this weekend. Directed by Desingh Periyasamy, the film also stars Ritu Varma, Rakshan and Niranjani in lead roles. The film which is a rom-com with a touch of thriller also sees director Gautam Vasudev Menon in a key role. KKD sees the story of an animator and an app developer who scam people but soon find a police officer hot on their tail. The film sees music by Masala Coffee and BGM by Harshavardhan Rameshwar. While in the city, the actor spoke about everything from his upcoming films, to his love for Telugu and how he picks his scripts.
