India’s rapid transition to a cashless economy and entry into the digital transformation trail has exposed businesses to virulent cyber threats across the nation. According to Internet Security Threat Report by Symantec, India ranks second, after the US, in being one of the most targeted country for cyberattacks. Nearly 80 percent of these security breaches come from a known source potentially targeting companies of all sizes, across sectors. The global median dwell time from compromise to detection is over 100 days and in 9/10 instances, enterprises fail to effectively react to such an attack.
