Actor and choreographer Nagendra Prasad , who is currently working towards his directorial debut, is said to be looking at big names for his film. According to a report in an English daily, it is said that Nagendra will have the Love Mocktail actor, Darling Krishna and Puneeth Rajkumar share screen space for the first time. According to reports, Puneeth will be seen in a pivotal role, while Krishna is set to play the lead. Nagendra's film, which is inspired from the Tamil film, Oh My Kadavule, has undergone several changes for the Kannada version. The fantasy romantic drama will see Nagendra make his directorial debut in Sandalwood. Nagendra is the youngest son of choreographer-actor Mugur Sundar, and the brother of popular filmmakers and choreographers, Prabhudheva and Raju Sundaram. SpaceX broke a world space record by launching 143 satellites in quick succession, beating India’s record of deploying 104 satellites in February 2017. MUMBAI: Global institutional investors and sponsors of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvITs) are seeking parity in terms of tax liabilities of their business trusts in line with listed companies to avoid the lopsided treatment meted out to them despite being listed.They are also seeking the government’s push to enable REIT and InvITs’ debt raising from insurance companies and foreign portfolio investors (FPIs). Despite the Finance Ministry’s approval in Union Budget 2019 for the debt funding, these entities are still not able to get access to liquidity through this channel.“The InvITs and REITs market in India has grown exponentially with two of the four largest listed realty sector securities as REITs. WASHINGTON: Moving quickly to assert influence over energy issues, President Joe Biden has named two Democrats to lead regulatory agencies that oversee nuclear power, natural gas and other energy infrastructure.Christopher Hanson, the new chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Rich Glick, leader of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, replace Republicans who led the panels under President Donald Trump.The NRC regulates commercial nuclear power plants and other uses of nuclear materials, including in medicine, while FERC regulates interstate transmission of electricity, natural gas and oil.
