The advertisement war in the run-up to the Sunday's clash between the arch-rivals has heated up, with TV channels in both the countries putting out despicable ads.Pakistan's Jazz TV has produced an ad, which features a character mimicking Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured by the Pakistani military a day after the Balakot airstrike. Veteran film & television actress Vidya Sinha, breathed her last today, a week after she was hospitalised after she complained of breathlessness. The actress was on a ventilator support after she was rushed to a Mumbai hospital in a critical condition with aggravated heart and lung disorders. Vidya Sinha, was last seen popular Star Plus show Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, as lead actor Sikandar’s mother. According to reports, the 72-year-old veteran had been suffering from a chronic lung condition since a few years, which got aggravated suddenly. She developed severe breathlessness and had to be rushed to Mumbai’s Criticare Hospital in Juhu, few days ago and passed away at 12 noon today(August 15, 2019). Xiaomi has added a new earthquake warning feature on its smartphones and Mi TV. But at the moment, this feature is only available in China. The announcement was made by the Chinese smartphone maker at its annual Mi Developers conference in Beijing. Xiaomi said its MIUI 11-based smartphones as well as the Mi TV boxes will now come pre-installed with an early earthquake warning feature. The integration of an earthquake warning function into MIUI will warn users of the possible earthquake that may hit the country and take precautionary steps. Xiaomi claims that the integration will send out alerts to smartphones running MIUI 11 and Mi TV "seconds to tens of seconds" before an earthquake is about to hit. The feature was first tested by Xiaomi in September this year. The company said that feature has been activated in Sichuan Province, which is more prone to earthquakes in China.
