Mumbai: After sustaining a career of over two decades in the Hindi film industry, actress Divya Dutta feels encouraged for more with her National Award win. With nearly 10 films in the pipeline, she is counting her blessings and says it's a very special year for her as an artiste. "This is a very special year for me. With all the films that are coming up, the audience will see me in a variety of roles. Each one is very different from another," Divya told IANS in an interview. While her performance in the latest release "Blackmail" has won her lot of praise, it is for her role in the film "Irada" that has won her a National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress". METHODOLOGY How The Process Unfolded Corporate executives aged 26-32 years were eligible to participate in the ET Young Leaders Programme. The fifth edition of the programme saw nearly 26000 young managers fighting for a place in the coveted ranking of India’s future leaders. The four-phase assessment, was conducted in partnership with CEB, global leader in leadership assessment. The candidates were evaluated by a CEO panel of 11. Phase 1 consisted of an online personality-based evaluation of the candidates. In phase 2, short-listed candidates were put through a set of tests: an analytical test, a verbal ability test and a personality assessment. What is holding women professionals from taking risks after a certain age? Is there an expiry date to the success of a woman's career? A few months ago, I remember watching a Malayalam film How Old Are You? in which the lead character wins a chance to meet the President of India for an interesting question her teenaged daughter posed the minister during a school visit. The interesting question was -- "Who decides the expiry date of a woman's dreams?" While the answer to the question is a quest in self discovery, in a recent report for the Department for Work and Pensions, UK-based pensions' expert and campaigner Dr Ros Altmann said she was told that "for women, talent progression stops around age 45."
